We value you and appreciate your patience as we work through this strenuous time. We assure you that we will address any inquiries you have regarding alterations to your booking, but will be prioritizing more immediate reservations first. If you are not traveling within the next 30 days we ask that you please wait to allow more time for a response as we address these more pressing issues first.

As the situation evolves, we recommend guests who are traveling outside of 30 days wait to alter their bookings in order to avoid any unnecessary penalties/fees should you decide to still travel.
If you decide to adjust or cancel your reservation, your agent will work with the supplier to give you options for your change in plans. Each supplier has different policies in place for these changes and we will work with them on your behalf to get refunds and adjustments processed as quickly as possible.
Due to the high volume of requests, please allow more time for these updates to be confirmed. Refunds will be processed in the order that they are received, and may take a minimum of 30-45 days. We will be monitoring these refunds to ensure they get to you as quickly as possible, and we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success department if you would like an update on the status of your refund.
